24 hour Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us at SK109. your appointment is reserved especially for you and whilst we understand that some schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when clients forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to potentially fill that appointment time. We confirm all our appointments by text message 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointments.
Cancellation Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24hrs notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge for the reserved service.
- ‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- For appointments made within a 24hr period, if you then cannot make it, please cancel within 4 hrs of the appointment time, failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service charge.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our team member’s schedules filled.

Olaplex with colour service
Olaplex is an incredible restorative treatment that maximises the strength of your hair by reconnecting broken disulphide sulphur bonds. These bonds break when you colour your hair or subject it to regular heat and/or chemical treatments.
Olaplex rebuilds hair’s strength, structure and integrity and is compatible with all hair types. You can benefit from this treatment in the salon, either on its own or alongside any colour service.
It is recommended that you take home a bottle of Olaplex No.3 to use between appointments
